The location proved convenient for accessing transportation. The shower was also a positive aspect of the room.
I found the AC insufficient. It switched to heater mode despite mild temperatures. This made the room uncomfortably warm at night (a small issue but significant for sleep quality). The room size felt restrictive, particularly for travelers with more than carry-on luggage.

i enjoyed the breakfast. it offered plenty of choice. the staff were fantastic, always knowledgeable and helpful. they took the time to explain places of interest to visit and how to get there..
the hotel provided nescafe sachets in the room but did not replenish them daily. when i requested more, i was told i was only allowed two per day. there was also a list on the room door detailing charges for taking items. this included towels, bedsheets, and even the kettle.

the location was GOOD for accessing public transportation.
the room felt smaller than expected. i found some DIRTy grout in the shower, disappointing. the door between the room and bathroom sticked making it difficult to open it.

the staff was friendly. they provided excellent service. they were very informative regarding amenities. the location is great (easy walk to downtown).
i found stains on the wall and floor. i also noted holes in the wall. it seems that these came from pictures that used to hang there. the room felt a bit iffy.
